Dawn hails from a family of entrepreneurs in the Metro-Detroit area. She has 20 years of sales & marketing experience with large companies in multiple states. It's in her blood.

Dawn owned two other small businesses before starting her Business Coaching firm. She has coached well over 150 business owners since 2005 From independent professionals to CEO's of companies over $20M in revenues, driven leaders trust Dawn to help them achieve more.

Dawn is married to her wonderfully supportive husband, John of 25 years and they have 3 amazing sons; twins, who are away at college (go State and Western,) and her youngest, who will graduate this year and join his brother at Western. Dawn loves summers on Harsens Island, spending time in her flower gardens, and Friday nights at home with a great glass of wine and a roaring fire. She hates whiners, shopping for blue jeans, and people who chronically forget appointments.
