I am an Associate Broker at CENTURY 21 Town & Country and is located in Troy, MI. Prior to joining CENTURY 21 Town & Country, I served as realtor at CENTURY 21 Campbell. I am an ABR, CRS, and GRI certified Realtor. My role, as I see it, is that of an advisor and marketer. Protecting the interests of my clients is my primary responsibility. My fiduciary duties are taken seriously, putting my clients’ interest above my own. I feel that for a transaction to reach the closing table requires it to be a win-win situation. Honesty and candor are paramount in my practice of the real estate profession. I have experience in many entrepreneurial businesses. They range from renting and selling out door roller skates at parks across the country, owning a restaurant, to making and selling our homemade ice cream. The ice cream was written up in a book called “The Best Ice Cream in America and Where to Find It.”

One of my passions is to help seniors, like myself, make the move to their next residence as smooth as possible. I also enjoy working with first timers. I love to help them become educated with regard to the ins and outs of their initial purchase. I believe there are no stupid questions. If you have a question, ask it. My core expertise is listening to my clients. This is a great aid in giving effective counsel.

I have one daughter, Sandy, and 2 granddaughters, Lindsey and Logan.
I attended University of Michigan where he studied Psychology and earned a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in 1970.

I sit on the Board of Directors of Christmas in Action’s Troy Chapter.
